My journey into fitness began 12 years ago when I swapped the corporate finance world - along with my bad posture, constant aches, and stress, for a career that truly fuels my passion.
I decided to take control of my health, qualifying with distinction as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor at the European Institute of Fitness. Since then, I’ve never looked back!

I started MNP training because it is my thought process to training. Simply put its Mindful, Nutritional and Physical training. I believe these are the 3 key components to optimum health and they are built on a foundation of sleep. It’s taken years of training and understanding the human body to arrive at this philosophy.
I have always been passionate about sport and fitness. It’s my “go to” whenever I feel the need to escape from the day to day stresses that we all face in life.
From running multiple marathons, half marathons and now ultra marathons. Competing in bikini and athletic figure competitions I have the experience to get you motivated and ready for your next challenge.
Staying fit has always massively important to me. I try to lead by example by setting goals and working hard to achieve them. I am a great motivator and have found lifelong friendships and personal fulfilment in the health and fitness industry, and cannot imagine a better job being able to share it with others.
Neilon, is a master bodyworker and the founder of BodyFirst. With 40 years of practice experience beginning with yoga and martial arts at just 10 years old, Neilon's approach is steeped in decades of learning, personal growth, and honing his craft. Now a personal trainer, AcroYoga teacher, Thai Yoga Massage therapist and martial arts instructor, he's been passionately teaching and coaching bodywork for the last 20 years.
I am an experienced personal trainer, massage therapist & circus performer with a huge passion for movement & how we work.
I love calisthenics and building functional strength in a fun, fulfilling way. I use my hand balance and calisthenics skills to teach others on a one to one basis and classes settings. Exercise and healthy living have changed my life and I am keen to help others find a fun and sustainable way to work out, keep fit and be healthy.

I have been training people from all walks of life for over a decade and find it a true privilege to be able to work with people to help improve their health, mental well-being and create positive habits for long-lasting results.
I believe that training should be a compliment to your life and should enable you to feel fitter, stronger and more flexible. I like to educate my clients during sessions on how to maintain their results and to find a joy and confidence in moving their bodies, regardless of their exercise history. There isn’t a one-size-that-fits all in my book!
