Got a question? Maybe we can help you here...
SEAGYM Brighton is an outdoor beachfront fitness studio offering personal training and over 20 group fitness classes per week. Our classes range from TRX, strength & conditioning, boxing, calisthenics, and high-intensity express workouts.
Not at all! Our classes cater to all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for a challenge, our trainers will provide options to suit your ability.
No. You will need to book as part of a group training session, or attend the space with one of our fully qualified personal trainers. If you already have a Personal Trainer ask them about coming to train at our facilities.
We train outdoors year-round, so expect a bit of sea breeze! Most classes go ahead in light rain, but we may adjust or cancel if the weather is extreme. We’ll notify you in advance if this happens.
All our coaches are fully independent & self employed, so we all charge differently. Check their bio's & links to their website for more info. Different packages & membership options for our open-air group sessions can be found HERE.
We love animals, as long as they are well behaved they will be welcome. We will ask you to take it home if it becomes disruptive to other users.
We’re part of the Sea Lanes swimming development on Madeira Drive, right on Brighton’s beachfront. You’ll find us outdoors, making the most of the sea air and coastal energy!
Come ready to train, we don't have changing rooms! Wear comfortable workout gear - layers (dress for the weather), trainers, water bottle, a towel if needed.
We understand that plans change! Please cancel at least 12 hours before a class to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in losing a class credit or being charged a 10GBP fee.
