We aim to keep classes to a maximum of 12 people per each 50 minute session, allowing our trainers to give you adequate attention and support.  

DROP-IN - Wanting to keep things casual? No problem - book in for drop-in classes whenever you’re feeling pumped and simply pay as you go. Keep things more cost effective with our group training packages of 5 of 10 or 20 classes. 

MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - Ready to fully commit to your exercise goals? Sign up for our unlimited membership, allowing you to come to as many classes as you like on a rolling monthly plan. Your first 7 days are FREE, cancel anytime!

What is TRX Training?

A deceptively simple design made up of two adjustable straps and handles, the TRX was first developed by US Navy SEALS in the ‘90s, who needed to stay at peak fitness while based in remote locations with limited workout equipment.  

Using nothing more than the TRX for suspension, your own bodyweight and core muscles then do all the hard work. With literally hundreds of exercise routines to choose from, the TRX is ideal for people of all levels, building strength, flexibility, and core stability, delivering results fast.
